Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Staff at Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai. The Counter Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking and processing food orders, handling cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing food inventories, replenishing stock, and providing information about menu items and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in food and beverage retail is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
