Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all Level 1 issues related to Genesys systems.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Monitor Genesys components including applications, servers, SBC, alerts, CCPulse/Pulse, GA, and reporting tools.
  • Perform daily system health checks and report anomalies.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks such as log checks and basic troubleshooting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of technical dialers is preferred.
  • Comfortable in rotational shifts.
