About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven
Google Ads Executive
with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
affiliate marketing
,
performance-driven advertising
, and the ability to maximize ROI across multiple ad accounts.

Key Responsibility

  • Plan, create, and manage
    Google Ads campaigns
    (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) focused on performance and conversion.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, ensuring effective use of budget and CPC/CPA targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights and reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with affiliate and business development teams to align campaigns with lead-generation goals.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Manage tracking and attribution tools to ensure accurate reporting and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in
    Google Ads
    (Search, Display, or YouTube campaigns).
  • Strong understanding of
    CPC, CPA, and ROI-based campaign optimization
    .
  • Experience in
    affiliate or performance marketing
    is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
