As a Senior Technical Program Manager, oversee program delivery from planning to sustainment with full accountability. Report program benefits realization to Executive Sponsors and Governance Board members while managing strategic initiatives effectively.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading program definition, planning, scope, and execution of assigned Programs
• Defining integrated program plans (including detailed work breakdown structures) and the deliverables required for the program's success
• Driving programs strategically, identifying interdependencies, and leading implementation of scoped transformation and growth opportunities effectively.
• Managing the health status of programs to anticipate risks and/or issues and implement mitigation plans
• Overseeing vendor selection and management processes alongside procurement while managing the program's budget effectively.
• Managing IT and business stakeholders effectively while understanding and addressing specific business requirements.
• Adopting best-practice guidelines to influence and implement continuous improvements to PMO processes

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess 8-10 of relevant expertise managing intricate technical programs within IT, with equivalent educational background.
• Demonstrate technical expertise to lead teams effectively and evaluate project risks and issues with objectivity.
• Have experience with vendor management, external implementation providers, and understanding of budget fundamentals.
• Demonstrate great interpersonal and leadership skills in addition to excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Have a successful track record of Business stakeholder management and understanding of Business needs.
