long-term relationships. We are currently seeking a qualified and result-oriented Business

Development Executive – Land Acquisition to strengthen our expansion and development

initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify, evaluate, and secure potential land parcels for residential and commercial development.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, legal advisors, and local

authorities.


• Conduct due diligence on land ownership, titles, and legal documentation.


• Coordinate with internal legal and technical teams for land verification and acquisition processes.


• Negotiate acquisition terms, pricing, and agreements in line with company objectives.


• Conduct market and feasibility studies to identify emerging growth areas.


• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in land acquisition or business development within

the real estate or construction sector.

Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (preferred).


• Strong understanding of land acquisition laws, documentation, and due diligence processes.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi (mandatory).


• Sound knowledge of the Pune and Maharashtra real estate markets.


• High level of integrity, initiative, and result orientation.
