Role & responsibilities

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating deals, and strategizing to maximize sales success in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • To identify, develop new business opportunities and secure the maximum business potential from the Government customers (aerospace-Defence sector) to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • To aggressively lobby and participate in tenders and ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve government tender targets.
  • Identify and pursue new government project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers (aerospace-Defence sector)
  • Ensure all proposals and contracts comply with government regulations and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the government sector.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with government officials.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

  • ANY DEGREE , Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the government sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers
