  • Reporting to the CEO and Internal auditors you will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities including:
  • Administration Management
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction
  • Issuance of joining and receiving letter
  • Maintaining HR files and records
  • Maintain Employee Records (attendance/leave)
  • Coordinating with the compliance team to provide the details related to employees on a regular basis
  • Providing salary slips, coordinating form 16, etc. with the compliance team and employees.
  • Arranging travel tickets/ bookings.
  • Arranging staff welfare-related programs.
  • Payroll coordination with CA Firm
  • HR Compliances like PF, ESI records
  • Charge Sheets if and when required
  • Office Admin
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel is a must
  • 4. Documentation of employees
Experience: 4-10 Years
