**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop effective pricing strategies for sea export shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with ocean carriers to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to develop pricing models tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of pricing structures and recommend adjustments to align with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing, such as revenue, margins, and market share.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements affecting sea export pricing.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams regarding pricing inquiries and quotations.
- Handle pricing disputes and escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and industry associations.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools to streamline pricing processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sea export pricing or related roles, with a strong understanding of international shipping regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in pricing analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
