
Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Content Management: Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for various platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis: Define and track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and report on results to inform future strategies.
- Paid Social: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive presence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive campaigns.
- Influencer Management: Identify, build relationships with, and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and awareness.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content and interactions reflect the brand's voice and values.

- Creativity: Developing innovative and engaging content to capture audience attention.
- Strong Writing Skills: Crafting compelling captions, posts, and messages that resonate with the target audience.
- Analytical Skills: Using data and metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
