As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategies across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and interacting with our online community. Your creativity, strong communication skills, and passion for social media trends will be essential in driving the success of our marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to optimize social media content and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports.
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.
Identify and explore opportunities for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content.
Monitor online conversations and manage the brand's online reputation.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure brand guidelines are followed across all social media channels.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
