Position :

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our companys staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage job postings on various platforms (job portals like Naukri/ LinkedIn/Company Website, etc.).

Source potential candidates through databases, networking, social media, and referrals.

Co-ordinate with Job Consultant for Openings

Co-ordinate with Colleges/ Institutes for Bulk hiring for Junior Level Profiles

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.

Develop and administer Assignments and Test Papers

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Work Closely with Managers for future hiring needs and provide recruitment updates and reports to HR leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream/ Preferably Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

0-1 years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Location

Experience in Cybersecurity, IT Industry from Navi Mumbai
