Job Title: Sourcing & Site Supervisor

Location: Kailash Colony, Delhi

Department: Interior Design

Reports To: Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can efficiently handle vendor sourcing, material procurement, and on-site supervision for interior design projects. The role demands strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Procurement:

  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors for materials, furniture, fixtures, and services.
  • Negotiate rates, quality, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
  • Maintain vendor database and build long-term relationships.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to procure materials as per specifications.

Site Supervision:

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure project progress as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for timely execution.
  • Monitor quality of work and adherence to design specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain site reports (daily/weekly) and update the management team.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of interior design materials and market rates
  • Hands-on site supervision and project coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Project Management tools preferred

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or related field
  • 25 years of experience in sourcing/procurement & site supervision (preferably in interior projects)
  • Strong knowledge of local vendor markets and construction/interior materials
