Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Site Engineer who specializes in luxury villa and high-end apartment interiors. The ideal candidate will have 1015 years of proven experience in managing interior works, with a focus on premium-quality finishes, attention to detail, and timely project delivery.

The candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deep technical knowledge of interior execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Project Execution & Supervision
  • • Oversee day-to-day site activities for luxury villa and high-end apartment interiors.
  • • Ensure all works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • • Monitor site progress, workmanship, and adherence to project timelines.
  • • Team & Vendor Coordination
  • • Supervise and guide skilled workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
  • • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • • Quality Control
  • • Ensure high-quality finishes, detailing, and materials in line with luxury standards.
  • • Inspect works regularly to ensure adherence to safety and quality norms.
  • • Documentation & Reporting
  • • Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and issue logs.
  • • Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports to management.
  • • Material & Resource Management
  • • Ensure timely availability of materials and resources as per project requirements.
  • • Verify quality and quantity of materials received at the site.

Requirements

  • • Experience: Minimum 1015 years in luxury residential interior projects.
  • • Specialization: Villas, luxury flats, and high-end interior fit-outs.
  • • Technical Skills:
  • • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, false ceiling, flooring, MEP coordination.
  • • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings & technical specifications.
  • • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
  • • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Salary & Benefits

  • • Salary Range: 30,000 50,000 per month (based on experience & skillset).
  • • Additional benefits as per company policy.

Special Note – immediate Joiner

We are looking for a immediate joinery specialist with expertise in premium woodwork, cabinetry, and luxury joinery detailing, ensuring seamless finishes for high-end interiors. Experience with bespoke furniture and customized interior elements will be highly preferred.
