About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our
team. The role requires someone with proven expertise in scaling hiring processes, especially
within fast-paced startups or e-commerce environments. The role will be instrumental in building
strong pipelines, driving end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
• Build and manage strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver
hiring solutions.
• Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Ensure hiring is completed within defined TATs while maintaining a high bar for talent quality.
• Use data and analytics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
• 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups/e-commerce industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proven experience in closing niche and leadership roles within tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, talent mapping, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
