  • Handle the complete tendering process with a strong focus on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
  • Regularly track and identify relevant tenders from GEM, e-procurement porta, newspaper and other sources.

  • Upload products/services, manage catalog listings, and ensure compliance with all technical and commercial bid requirements.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, technical/commercial documents, and other bid-related paperwork as per tender specifications.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal) for necessary documents and approvals.
  • Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA), BoQ submissions, and L1 price evaluations on GeM.
  • Liaise with GeM office representatives and government customer institutions as and when required for bid clarifications, technical queries, or order fulfillment issues.
  • Track and follow up on bid submissions, corrigendum, PO issuance, deliveries, and payment status.
  • Manage any disputes, order returns, or communication with government buyers post-order as needed.
  • Upload document online /offline as per deadlines.
