We are looking for a skilled BI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6years of expertise in MicroStrategy, Tableau, SQL, and Data Warehousing, along with experience in building insightful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and create analytical solutions using Microstrategy.

  • Translate business requirements into BI solutions using MicroStrategy tools.

  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources.

-Create complex reports , dashboards and scorecards using Microstrategy.

  • Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions for efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and dashboards.

  • Automate reporting processes and improve data visualization techniques.

  • Troubleshoot data issues and optimize queries for better performance.

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into visual insights.

  • Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

-bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

- 6+ years of expertise in MicroStrategy for dashboard and report development.

  • Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture, Desktop, Web, and Developer tools.

  • Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Cloud.

-6+ years of experience in BI engineering or data analytics

-Experience working with data warehousing concepts and technologies

(Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Should have experience leading a team

-Should have experience facing clients based in USA.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • MicroStrategy certification to show additional expertise
