About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a solid understanding of QA processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our web and eCommerce solutions are reliable, scalable, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile applications.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using standard bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, business rules, and technical specifications.
  • Provide clear and structured QA reports to stakeholders.

Good to Have: Technical Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in software QA (manual + automation).
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify.
  • Understanding of automation frameworks and scripting is a plus.
  • Competency in using browser developer tools and SQL for validation.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
