Job Description:

The Technical Designer is responsible for transforming design concepts into accurate technical drawings and specifications for residential interior projects. This includes preparing 2D plans, elevations, sections, detailed furniture layouts, cutlists, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) while ensuring precision and adherence to design standards. The role involves collaborating with design and project teams, participating in site validations, incorporating changes, optimizing material usage, and maintaining high-quality technical outputs. Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in residential interiors or furniture manufacturing, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and cutlist/BOM tools. Expertise in false ceiling detailing, Reflected Ceiling Plans, electrical, lighting, plumbing layouts, and custom furniture drawings is required. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of material selection and optimization techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential to support efficient and cost-effective project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450, ₹600,000.00 per year
