  • Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with hands-on experience in US & Canadian accounting. You'll work directly with international clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and timely deliverables.

  • Responsibilities
  • Manage bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation for US & Canadian clients
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements using QuickBooks Online
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with regional accounting standards
  • Support client onboarding and maintain high service quality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in US or Canadian accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Xero and related tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with cross-border files is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
