Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Office Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and assist with administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations, along with hands-on experience in general office work, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Maintain and update filing systems – both physical and digital.
- Scan, store, and organize documents and maintain records (including KYC documents).
- Handle bank-related tasks, including deposits, payments, reconciliations, and liaison with banks.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, or internal departments for pending documents, payments, and queries.
- Draft and respond to e-mail communications and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and Income Tax entries and basic compliance support.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Support in miscellaneous office administrative work as and when required.
Requirements:
- Commerce Graduate (B. Com) Or any other related Graduation.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and office work (preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office, and email handling.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing setup.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
