Job Purpose:

He/ She will be responsible for overseeing and driving the day-to-day operational excellence. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong business acumen and a proven ability to manage and align multiple departments toward achieving overall productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will excel at streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring seamless execution across functions. A strategic mindset, combined with proactive problem-solving and effective team leadership, is critical. The incumbent must thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing immediate operational demands with long-term organizational goals, while consistently delivering measurable outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Primary:

· Ensure seamless business operations by maintaining effective communication with managers, leaders, and staff.

· Provide strong leadership to motivate, guide, and support large teams in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

· Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure activities are completed on time and within budget.

· Enhance efficiency by streamlining existing processes and procedures to strengthen organizational capacity.

· Delegate tasks effectively while retaining overall accountability for branch operations and customer service excellence.

· Manage data and performance metrics to drive productivity, minimize errors, and deliver superior customer satisfaction.

  1. Secondary:

· Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance standards to maintain operational excellence.

· Assess staffing needs regularly and coordinate with HR to ensure adequate manpower and resources.

· Conduct financial reviews, analyze budgets, and present cost-related reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
