. We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial 
Project Manager - IT Sales
 to drive new business growth from anywhere in the world.

This role combines expert sales strategy with project oversight. You won't just close deals; you'll be the initial client touchpoint, setting the stage for successful project execution by understanding client needs deeply and aligning them with our delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Cycle Management:
     Identify, qualify, and secure new client opportunities for our core IT services (web/mobile development, design, and branding).
  • Solution Selling:
     Serve as a subject matter expert, articulating the value of our technology solutions and translating complex technical offerings into clear client benefits.
  • Client Relationship Management:
     Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and maximizing repeat business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development:
     Create compelling, tailored proposals and scope-of-work documents that accurately reflect client requirements and our service costs.
  • Project Handoff:
     Ensure a seamless transition from the sales pipeline to the technical delivery team by clearly communicating client expectations, scope, and timeline.
  • Performance Tracking:
     Manage your individual sales pipeline and report on key metrics and forecasting activities weekly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally selling IT services, digital marketing, web/mobile development, or complex software solutions.
  • A strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle (design, development, deployment).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, comfortable dealing with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a 
    fully remote
     setting, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Compensation Structure (Important Note for Applicants)

As an early-stage, performance-driven startup, this position is initially structured as 
100% incentive-based
.

  • Initial Phase:
     Compensation will be entirely derived from competitive commissions earned on successful sales. This offers unlimited earning potential based solely on your performance.
  • Future Transition:
     Your performance will be closely monitored. Based on a detailed analysis of your effectiveness and sales volume, top performers will be transitioned to a comprehensive compensation model featuring a 
    fixed salary plus commission/incentive
     structure.
