As the
Head of Human Resources
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's people strategy, building a strong organizational culture, and driving the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth vision.
  • Lead all aspects of HR — Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
  • Partner with leadership to design scalable people processes and promote a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and policy frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and evolving HR regulations.
  • Utilize HR analytics to measure engagement, productivity, and retention metrics.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in HR, including at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in
    IT services, technology consulting, or product engineering
    environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline preferred.
