About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our digital campaign operations across multiple communication channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of campaign execution, audience segmentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and executing campaigns across Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Emailers, RCS, In-App messaging, and custom HTMLs
  • Support the creation and testing of campaign flows and audience segments
  • Monitor campaign performance and help prepare weekly reports
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Learn and apply best practices for each channel's effectiveness and compliance
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for improving engagement

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of data and metrics (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a plus)

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
