Job Description:

We are looking for experienced RPA Developers with a strong background in Automation Anywhere (A360) with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of workload management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360) platform.

· Manage, optimize, and enhance workflows, ensuring the smooth running of RPA processes.

· Leverage knowledge of VB Scripts and Python for developing and integrating RPA solutions.

· Well versed with WLM concepts with AA.

· Perform workload management tasks, ensuring the efficient scheduling, execution, and monitoring of RPA bots.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand business requirements and deliver automation solutions.

· Troubleshoot and resolve any RPA-related issues or incidents.

· Ensure the bots and automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with best practices.

· Maintain high standards of code quality and perform UAT testing.

· Working knowledge of Power Automate tool.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 4+ years of experience working with RPA, primarily on Automation Anywhere (A360).

· Strong expertise in workload management and ensuring smooth execution of automated processes.

· Working knowledge of VB Scripts and Python for automating processes and integration.

· Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions.

· Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders across the organization.

· Experience with other RPA platforms and tools is a plus.

Certifications:

· Advanced and Master Certified on Automation Anywhere A360.

· PL-500 Certification (Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification)
