Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring accuracy in cost estimation and billing.

Conduct detailed quantification of project requirements and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ).

Develop and maintain rate estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.

Review interim and final payment applications from contractors.

Implement best practices in cost management and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

B.E. / B. Tech/ Diploma - Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical ; a Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

6 to 10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and billing

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods of measurement, and cost control.

Proficiency in cost management software and tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
