About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our Sales team. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling administrative tasks related to sales, assisting with customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who can manage tasks efficiently, assist in sales operations, and help drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between the Sales team and other departments (Operations, Marketing, Production, Development, HR, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team including documentation, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate sales activities, track progress, and update management on status.
  • Maintain sales records, CRM data, and client information accurately.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and internal teams.
  • Handle
    customer/client queries, follow-ups, and service-related requests
    with professionalism.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure timely execution of sales-related tasks.
  • Support in scheduling client meetings, calls, and demos.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and MIS updates.
  • Handle day-to-day operational activities related to sales.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Prior experience in coordinating with multiple teams is preferred.
