  • Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage resort bookings (walk-ins, phone, or online).
  • Handle guest queries regarding rooms, swimming sessions, yoga, and other resort facilities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen staff for smooth guest service.
  • Keep the reception and guest areas tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle calls, maintain basic guest records, and assist the management in daily operations.
  • Minimum 12th pass; diploma or experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Basic computer and phone-handling skills.
  • Pleasant personality and good communication in English & Hindi
  • Should be active, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Prior experience in hotel/reception work will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rudarpur, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
