Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage our mobile accessories counter, drive sales growth, and build lasting relationships with retail and wholesale

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Assist walk-in customers and wholesalers in selecting mobile and electronic accessories
  • Provide expert product recommendations and promote high-demand items
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale clients to ensure repeat business
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize satisfaction and loyalty

Product & Display Management

  • Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
  • Track fast-moving products and customer buying patterns

Business Growth

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service
  • Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue
  • Gather customer feedback to improve offerings and sales approach

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in mobile accessories sales (retail/wholesale preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile accessories, specifications, and market trends
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and motivated to grow professionally

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Location: Model Town, Ludhiana
