We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic **Medical Representative** to join our growing pharmaceutical team. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff, and ensuring the successful positioning of our products within the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and detail the company's products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
- Organize and attend appointments with healthcare professionals, delivering high-impact presentations and product demonstrations.
- Generate sales leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and product performance in the market, providing feedback to management and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies when promoting products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and product usage reports in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure proper product positioning and effective communication in the marketplace.
- Attend and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to expand knowledge and network within the industry.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence healthcare professionals effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and an understanding of regulatory requirements for drug promotion.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license (if applicable) and willingness to travel within the designated region.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales or medical detailing in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and the medical industry landscape.
- Ability to present complex medical information in a simplified and effective manner to different audiences.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
