We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR),Noida,, Lucknow, Patna, Indore & Ranchi. In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity (Gurgaon), Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), Golfcourse Road (Gurgaon) and at the Delhi Airports. Our latest addition is a multi-super specialty hospital in Noida (Delhi NCR). We further plan to scale up our existing facilities and also expand into few more geographical areas.

Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out-of-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy.

Location : Gurgaon

Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office)

Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)
  • Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
  • Handling calls — both inbound and outbound
  • Having knowledge of Home Care Services
  • Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
  • Home Care operations assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in healthcare/service industry/BPO
