 OperateCNC Cylindrical Grinding machines as per Standard Operating Procedure



Key Responsibilities



Operate CNC Cylindrical Grinding machines as per standard operating procedures

Good knowledge of Grinding Cycles, Plain & Taper OD & ID Grinding, ISO programs, and ability to operate Fanuc and Siemensmachine controller.

Can perform setup individually on Cylindrical Grinding machine by studying drawing, blueprints, and setup instructions.

Should have a minimum of 02 Years of experience in precision heavy duty shaft OD Grinding.

Should have work experience in shaft manufacturing and handling heavy-duty shafts.

Filling up daily production records in production formats

Handle Measuring Instruments/Tools carefully to avoid damages

Inspection of First off part and stage inspection of parts as per SOP.

Operate other machines as and when required.

10.  Maintaining and Implementation of the quality system as per documented procedure

11.   Others on an assignment basis. 



Qualifications, Experience



· Mandatory for the Role: Diploma in Mechanical with 2 to 5 years of experience in Operating CNC OD and ID Grinding Machines.
