Vibrant Publishers creates business, management, and test prep books that simplify learning for

students and professionals worldwide. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a Creative

Head: Brand & Design to lead our brand strategy and creative execution. This role will shape

how Vibrant is experienced across books, packaging, digital platforms, and campaigns —

ensuring we stand out in a competitive global publishing market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity

● Define and evolve Vibrant' s brand identity across publishing series

(Management, Test Prep, Job Interview Questions, Legend in Marketing).

● Build cohesive design systems that unify covers, series branding, and marketing

collaterals.

● Ensure brand consistency across Amazon, website, and global distribution

channels.

Publishing & Packaging Design

● Lead cover design, book layout standards, and packaging systems for multiple

series.

● Create scalable and recognizable visual identities across 100+ titles.

● Optimize design for discoverability and appeal in online marketplaces (Amazon

A+ content, series bundles, listing graphics).

Digital & E-commerce Creative

● Spearhead creative design for Vibrant' s website, landing pages, and digital

promotions.

● Develop engaging creatives for Amazon ads, social media, and email

campaigns.

● Collaborate with CRM & Marketing teams to ensure creative storytelling aligns

with customer journeys.

Campaigns & Engagement

● Conceptualize and execute campaigns to promote new releases, bundles, and

seasonal offers.

● Create professor/student outreach kits, sample request campaigns, and

academic adoption collaterals.

Leadership & Collaboration

● Build and mentor a small design/content team with strong publishing and digital

skills.

● Work closely with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to align creative with

business objectives.

● Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and quality in design outputs.

Key Skills & Competencies

● Strong expertise in publishing & book design (covers, interiors, series branding).

● Creative storytelling + brand positioning.

● Digital-first design for Amazon, websites, and social media.

● Familiarity with e-commerce creative needs (A+ content, product imagery,

campaign assets).

● Leadership and ability to manage cross-functional creative projects.

● Knowledge of academic/educational publishing design trends.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's/Master's in Design, Visual Communication, or Branding.

● 8+ years in creative design/branding roles (publishing, edtech, digital-first brands,

or design agencies).

● Strong portfolio showcasing book design, brand systems, and digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹45, ₹55,791.65 per month
