Role Overview

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Marketing Operations Specialist with deep HubSpot expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with proven expertise in optimizing marketing processes, automation, and system integrations.
  • This role involves managing various HubSpot Hubsincluding Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS—and optimizing the platform to enhance sales and marketing processes. You will take ownership of the lead management process within HubSpot, ensuring accurate scoring, segmentation, and smooth data flow to support sales and marketing goals.
  • You'll collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate data insights, and high-performing campaigns.

Key Competencies for the Role:

  • HubSpot Management: Oversee and optimize all HubSpot hubs—Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS—to improve workflows, sales pipelines, and marketing processes.
  • Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B and process tests to continually improve HubSpot workflows, automation, and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and streamline sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot's CRM and automation tools for improved efficiency.
  • Lead Management: Oversee the complete lead lifecycle, ensuring accurate lead scoring, segmentation, and routing to sales teams.
  • Sales Pipelines: Configure deal stages, manage sales pipelines, and maintain CRM data hygiene for accurate reporting.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to optimize lead nurturing workflows for higher conversion rates.
  • Data Segmentation: Segment contacts and lists based on email engagement, website interactions, and behavioral data for targeted campaigns.
  • Data Accuracy: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies to maintain high-quality, actionable CRM data.
  • Integration Management: Coordinate and manage integrations with third-party apps, tools, and plugins within HubSpot.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain process documentation, system configurations, and training resources for team members.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
  • Experience configuring contact and deal stages, pipelines, and automation workflows in HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Familiarity with sales automation processes and demand generation strategies.
