We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Telemarketing Supervisor
from
India
to join our growing team in
Colombo, Sri Lanka
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of telemarketing executives, driving sales performance, improving lead generation efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and conversion.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience
    in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center operations, with at least
    2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and telemarketing targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results through data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM and telecalling software tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of telemarketing executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Monitor team performance through call audits, reports, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop and implement telemarketing scripts, sales strategies, and communication guidelines to enhance conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to align telemarketing campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and team performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations of telemarketing staff.
  • Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and skill development for team members.
