Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintained and updated Purchasing records

  1. Prepared cost comparison sheet.

  2. Review min 3 quotation before releasing PO

  3. Negotiate price, terms & conditions with suppliers

  4. Create and send purchase orders.

6.Taking approval for PO and payment from management

  1. Responsible for timely delivery

8.Proper coordination with central store incharge as well as site store keeper.

9.Responsible for regular reporting to department head

10.Responsible to track Indent and PO sheet and same to be shared to department head on weekly basis.

  1. Resolve supplier quality issue.

  2. New Vendor developments

  3. Responsible for the timely vendor payment and accounting.

14.Responsible to keep healthy relationships with suppliers.

15.Responsible to coordinate with the PMS team for technical issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹38,736.42 per month
