We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in jewelry, powered by a modern microservices-based platform. We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master
to lead complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects in a
  microservices-based environment
  , ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate multiple
  cross-functional teams
  , including backend, frontend, QA, and design.
• Act as both a
  team leader and individual contributor
  , taking ownership of critical tasks when required.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate
  Agile ceremonies
  such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a
  Scrum Master
  , ensuring teams follow Agile principles and best practices.
• Create well-defined technical stories
  for development teams and ensure proper backlog management.
• Understand and review APIs
  , ensuring seamless integration and technical feasibility.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, providing clear updates and reports.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and optimize project workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure
  high standards for quality, security, and performance
  in the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in
  e-commerce or SaaS environments
  .
• Strong understanding of
  microservices architecture
  .
• Proven ability to
  manage and mentor teams
  while contributing individually when needed.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
• Familiarity with
  Agile/Scrum methodologies
  and iterative project delivery.
• Experience
  creating technical stories
  and managing the product backlog.
• Well-versed with
  APIs and technical integration concepts
  .
• Experience working with
  project management tools
  like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end technical project delivery in web or SaaS environments.

Good to have:

• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Prior experience handling
  high-traffic e-commerce systems
