Job Description – Interior Project Manager

Position Title: Interior Project Manager

Department: Interior Design / Projects / Construction

Reports To: Project Director / Head of Design / Operations Manager

Location: [Jaipur]

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and consultants to define project objectives and design intent.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate procurement, material selection, and vendor management in collaboration with design and procurement teams.
  • Oversee on-site construction and installation, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and progress reports throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship.
  • Ensure regulatory approvals, permits, and compliance with local codes and building regulations.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support post-project evaluation and ensure client satisfaction upon handover.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in interior fit-out or design project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Project, or similar design and scheduling tools.
  • Experience managing multiple residential, commercial, or hospitality projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹73,125.32 per month
