Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Advisory

  • Provide expert insights on technical positions related to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and EPC projects.
  • Review job descriptions, manpower requests, and candidate profiles to ensure correct technical mapping.
  • Assist recruitment teams in understanding client technical specifications and role requirements.
  • Support in shortlisting and screening candidates for specialized engineering roles (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Piping, etc.).

Client Coordination & Validation

  • Interact with client technical teams to clarify job scopes, qualification criteria, and trade test requirements.
  • Participate in discussions with client representatives during technical evaluation or project bidding stages.
  • Validate candidate experience and technical competence before final submission.

Recruitment Support

  • Support in organizing and conducting technical interviews and trade tests.
  • Recommend suitable testing centers, evaluation criteria, and assessment processes.
  • Guide the recruitment and business development teams on industry standards and manpower skill levels.

Market & Project Intelligence

  • Provide inputs on current and upcoming project trends in the global Oil & Gas market.
  • Advise management on potential client sectors, technical manpower demands, and training requirements.
  • Maintain an advisory role in improving the firm's technical credibility with overseas clients.

Desired Profile

  • Retired professional from the Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical / Refinery / Maintenance sectors.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience with reputed Indian or international companies (such as ADNOC, Aramco, KNPC, ONGC, L&T, Technip, Samsung Engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in technical project management, construction, or maintenance supervision.
  • Deep understanding of project manpower structures, trades, and technical job roles.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills to guide recruitment teams effectively.
  • Ability to work part-time or on assignment basis.

  • Technical expertise in Oil & Gas operations and project manpower.
  • Analytical and evaluative skills for candidate screening.
  • Strong interpersonal and advisory capabilities.
  • Familiarity with international recruitment practices preferred.
