Location: New Delhi

Experience: 1–4 Years (Post Qualification)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Semi-Qualified

Role Overview:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Internal Audit professional to support and lead internal audit and risk advisory engagements across diverse industries. The role involves end-to-end execution of internal audits, evaluation of internal controls, process reviews, and delivery of high-quality audit reports.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and execute risk-based internal audit assignments.
  • Evaluate internal control systems and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct operational, process, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in development and review of SOPs and internal control frameworks.
  • Prepare audit programs, working papers, and reports.
  • Discuss audit observations with management and ensure closure.
  • Coordinate with clients for audit timelines and deliverables.
  • Support advisory engagements and risk management reviews.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified CA semi qualified CA with experience in Internal Audit.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies.
  • Experience with manufacturing and service sector audits preferred.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for outstation assignments.
