Job Title: Business Analyst

Department: Strategy / Business Development / Sales Operations

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: CFO

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (SAP, SAS, SPSS preferred).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the building materials industry, distribution models, and B2B sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in building materials / construction industry.
  • Exposure to sales analytics, market research, and financial analysis.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy of business analysis and forecasts.
  • Timely delivery of reports and actionable insights.
  • Improvement in sales efficiency and profitability.
  • Contribution to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
