noon is a work in progress; we're seven years in, but only 5% done. Our mission: Ring every doorbell, every day. Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies, technical SEO, and content-driven growth. As an SEO Manager, you will develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and contribute directly to our marketing goals and business growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.

Conduct keyword research and optimize content, metadata, and on-page elements for SEO.Perform technical SEO audits, resolve site performance issues, and improve crawlability. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align SEO with business goals. Develop link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and enhance domain authority.

Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Semrush, and Ahrefs. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and maintain competitive search rankings. What

You'll Need:3–7 years of experience in SEO, including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.Expertise with SEO tools like Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.

Strong experience with keyword research, content optimization, and SEO-driven content strategies. Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization). Analytical mindset with the ability to use data insights to improve performance.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Who
