Role DescriptionThis is a contract basis on-site role located in Bengaluru/ Chennai for a OSS Service Engineer. Relocate/temporary support to another states in India is expected based by business need.

The role involves daily tasks such as installation, troubleshooting technical issues, providing field service support, performing regular maintenance and repair of SMT machines and other electronic equipment, and offering technical support to clients. Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues is essential. This role also involves in working 10 hours per day by shift pattern day/night with rotational of shift every week.

QualificationsProficient in Troubleshooting and providing Technical SupportExperience in Field Service and Maintenance & RepairStrong Communication skills

Ability to work independently and travel as needed for field service operations

Diploma/degree or certification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field

Experience in the semiconductor industry or with SMT machines is a plus

Work in shift basis day/night

Have own transport and willing to travel

Have experience in Fuji Pick & Place machine NXT II, NXT III, NXTRHave experience in Nordson ASYMTEK dispensing machine

Spectrum I, Spectrum IIHave experience in solder paste printing machine

Based in Bengaluru/ChennaiCollege/university graduate is highly encourage
