About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Consultant
with strong expertise in
Java development
and practical exposure to
Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable solutions, integrate AI-driven capabilities into enterprise applications, and provide technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using
    Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
    .
  • Architect and integrate
    Generative AI solutions
    (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines) into business applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize models.
  • Develop and optimize APIs for
    AI/ML services
    and ensure secure, efficient integration.
  • Implement
    cloud-native solutions
    on platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into
    technical architecture & solutions
    .
  • Ensure delivery aligns with
    best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, testing, and TDD/BDD
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–9 years
    of strong development experience in
    Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Generative AI / LLMs
    (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines).
  • Strong knowledge of
    RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud services
    (AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB / GCP Vertex AI / Azure Cognitive Services).
  • Exposure to
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Familiarity with
    prompt engineering
    and
    AI model fine-tuning
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    data pipelines
    and integrating
    AI services into enterprise workflows
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    software engineering best practices
    : TDD, CI/CD, Agile methodologies.

Good to Have

  • Experience in
    Python
    for AI/ML integrations.
  • Familiarity with
    Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
    for deployment.
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps practices
    .
  • Prior consulting experience in
    digital transformation / AI-led initiatives
    .
