Job Title: Part-Time Sales & Operations Assistant

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and reliable part-time assistant to help with sales, exhibition coordination, and day-to-day operations for our jewellery brand. This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can take initiative, think on their feet, and ensure that everything runs smoothly — especially during busy exhibition seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all exhibition-related tasks including stall bookings, coordination with organisers, follow-ups, and on-site sales support.
  • Assist with pre-exhibition preparations such as inventory checks, packing, and logistics.
  • Support with set-up and pack-down at exhibitions.
  • Manage communication with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate photo shoots: booking studios, scheduling, and handling logistics.
  • Create and update basic catalogues, assist with invoicing, and maintain records.
  • Manage basic Instagram tasks such as posting, uploading stories, and assisting with content organisation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to handle situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Highly organised, dependable, and punctual.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with flexible hours (part-time most of the year, full-time availability required before and during exhibitions).
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media posting.

Additional Details:

  • Part-time role with flexible hours.
  • Must be available full-time during exhibition periods.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹ ₹1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
