Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team. The role involves
handling pre-generated leads from IndiaMART
, building relationships with clients, and
converting leads into sales
for our eco-friendly corporate gifting segment.

This is a
performance-based opportunity
with attractive profit-sharing. If you are persuasive, good at communication, and comfortable with computers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming
    leads from IndiaMART
    (no cold calling required).
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable corporate gifting solutions.
  • Convince, negotiate, and close deals
    effectively.
  • Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong
    communication and persuasion skills
    .
  • Good
    computer literacy
    (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Prior experience in
    sales or customer interaction
    is preferred (not mandatory).
  • Interest in
    sustainability/eco-friendly products
    is a plus.

Compensation

  • 10% of profit per conversion
    – paid
    hand-to-hand
    after each successful deal.
