Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects under the guidance of senior managers.
  • Track project progress, prepare status reports, and highlight risks or delays.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Document meeting minutes, project updates, and maintain project-related records.
  • Support in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Assist in identifying potential challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders, team members, and management.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant internship/work experience.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project) is a plus.
