Role Summary:

We are looking for an assertive and execution-driven Assistant Manager – Operational Excellence to bring structure, discipline, and accountability across our aviation-focused business. This person will ensure our teams deliver results, stay on task, and follow defined processes across all verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Internal Accountability

  • Track daily task completion across departments (recruitment, training, student ops)
  • Ensure ownership, punctuality, and discipline in deliverables
  • Escalate inefficiencies and reinforce a culture of responsibility
  • Set up SOPs and monitor team performance through dashboards

Process Audit & Compliance

  • Regularly audit processes to identify gaps and tighten operations
  • Maintain complete documentation for cabin crew programs, self-sponsored pilots, and training records
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external aviation/training regulations

Tools, Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage trackers and reports using Google Sheets, CRM, and task tools
  • Introduce automation and efficiency improvements
  • Monitor CRM usage and report inconsistencies or delays

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in Business, Aviation, or Operations
  • Aviation experience is mandatory
  • Experience in process audits, training operations, or execution roles
  • Strong with Google/Microsoft Tools , PPTs, reporting tools, and CRMs
  • Good command over team coordination and follow-ups
  • Confident in giving direction and ensuring people stick to timelines
  • Demonstrated leadership and execution skills
