Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports like SRS, DRS, CR Document and Updating the SRS document for the Changes requested and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and deliver solutions on time.
  • Continuously monitor and assess business processes, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field (MBA or certification in Business Analysis is a plus).
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dash boarding.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies is a plus.

Notice period :

Immediate joiners , 10-15 days will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
