We are building laser weeding robots for farm tractors. As a Robotics Engineer, you'll work on the systems that help our robots see the world, understand where they are, and interact with their environment through motion and manipulation. Roles and Responsibilities:Work with stereo cameras and other sensors for real-time perception and environment understanding.

Develop and implement visual odometry and localization systems, including visual SLAM pipelines. Design and build robust manipulation and control systems for robotic arms and mobile bases. Write and deploy code for motion planning, kinematics, control loops, and trajectory optimization.

Develop and tune robotic control systems (e.g., PID, MPC) for precise actuation and stability. Conduct field tests in real-world conditions; debug and resolve hardware/software integration issues. Continuously optimize perception, planning, and control subsystems for performance and reliability.

Requirements:Proficiency in ROS/ROS2, and strong skills in C or Python. Experience with visual SLAM, depth sensing, or odometry techniques. Understanding of robot kinematics, motion control, and actuator integration.

Comfortable working hands-on with hardware in outdoor or dynamic environments. Familiarity with embedded systems like Arm-based computers, etc. Perks:Chill out with Denver, our resident Golden Retriever and Happiness Officer.
